How Does Styrofoam Transmit Heat How Does A Styrofoam Ball Work?

How does a styrofoam ball work? - how does styrofoam transmit heat

Ok, I was so confused. If you have a strip of plastic, acetate use and placed around the Styrofoam ball, the ball BSG band. After touching the band, started the ball into the plastic push-acetate. Why is this happening? I thought that is on the plastic around the ball, the ball has to be negative, because the test is positive, allowing the ball to the band to shoot. Is it something that happened after the ball hit the plastic? As the ball becomes a burden on the plastic as acetate?
